Payments

 

  • Training Camps and Courses: Deposits (usually 500€) are due at the time of booking and the full balance is due 14 days before the start of the camp.

  • Private Bookings: Full payment is due at the time of booking. Following a booking request, we will first confirm availability and then you will receive a payment request. Once we confirm instructor availability, we will hold your spot for 3 days to provide an opportunity to complete payment and secure your booking. If payment has not been made within 3 days, please contact us again to confirm availability before making payment.

  • Payments on the website are listed in Euro (€) and will be processed in the local currencies (Israeli Shekels) according to the currency exchange rate of the day.

 

Cancellation

Our summer- and bootcamps are limited to a specific number of attendees, to allow for a more personable experience.

Our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

  1. Deposits, training fees and accomodation bookings are non-refundable.

  2. Deposits may be transferred to future training events within 12 months. To transfer a booking, please notify us by email to info@israel-summercamp.com, 30 days before the start of your scheduled program and assign which program you would like to change your booking to. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the booking deposit or payment.

  3. Camp deposits and hotel bookings may be transferred to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee.

  4. Full balance is due at 14 days before the start of the camp/course.

No one books a training camp with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. No refunds or credits are offered for failure to attend or failure to complete the camp, or for arriving late or leaving early. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the camp. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
